Well, it's not so much the range as the board that you should focus on. Plus, you can narrow it down starting with his pf range from that position. i.e. tight villain opens utg, has a range of say 15%.
So his starting hands range is most likely 22+, ATs+, AJo, KQs, QJs or so (off the top of my head).
So when the flop comes down 9h8h7h, how many hands of his range hit that?
