How about this one? Just don't know what to do. Villain is playing 23/18 over 80 hands and 3-betting 11% (27 chances). I went a bit confused of his 3-bet size and well, I've no clue what to do.

Fold pre prolly. Flopping quads is so rare that I just don't know how to deal with it. Villain seems solid 22/15 over 50 hands. That's what made it a bit more difficult to try and squeeze max value out of the hand. Seems like I failed.
