Blocking bet with what? What range do you put him on pre and on river?

your fc sample is prob too small since he can't have played that many hands during the 140 if he plays 16/12. call river.

Turn sizing ok?
bet turn bigger since it puts out 2nd fd and ofc we're folding to a raise. 3.1-3.75

river is fine

Flat the turn. You don't get value from anything worse besides draws and you don't bluff out better.

I don't think I fold here. He can valuebet AJ/QJ here still I think.
If you have reads that he won't valuebet them then folding is somewhat exploitable but okay (obv, he has to know what hands you're folding first to exploit you so he probably isn't doing that). Folding a rivered top pair when the turn is checked through is gross especially for that price so I don't think we should fold...

140 hands isn't much of a sample for a fold to cbet stat btw

I'd go turn bigger, closer to $4.
Calling river is fine, QJ is probably not strong enough to shove for value.
Without reads, I'd assume that villains are polarised when they c/c c/c donk rather than blocker betting.

errforce: i'm probably not 3betting here, CO is only opening 7% of hands and isn't likely positionally aware so IMO 3betting just narrows him down to the top of his range. I'd rather keep his range wider and play in position.

bigmick: if he's a super passive fish you can probably b/f for half pot and save yourself 2 bucks. with that sizing you may also get called by a random PP. As played he's probably not calling off his stack unless he has a T or JJ+.

Villain was real bad be cold called a 3b with a shrt stack left behind him so it would surprise me If he flatted a small bet on the turn. C/f river if he did?

nah just stick it in imo, he'd probably have raised the turn with a T and meh pot odds

edit - what i mean by that is just shove the river yourself and hope to get called by some stupid pair. if you check the river you have to check/fold obviously because everything you beat checks behind.

I think turn's prob a fold. He has a draw himself some decent % of the time and you won't have implieds, even some reverse implied sometimes. That said, he did bet half pot.. I'm leaning towards a fold cause we have Q high and our Q/J aren't usually outs.

@ zeneil
basically agree with everything what frenzied said
#1 bet ~1/2 pot on flop and turn and shove river, keeps you balanced
#2 4bet call pre
#3 nh, cannot fold given villains stack
#4 just fold to his raise, he isnt bluffing and you are doing really bad vs his value range
