Age: 19
Limits Played: 10NL atm
Winrate: 15BB/100 over 5.7k hands
Hands Played Per Month: Just started grinding again about 5-6 days ago, so a bit unsure.
Why you want to join our group: I want to actively become a better player & look to do so through this group. I have played for a year & have spent months at a time devoting myself to becoming better & I think this way I can hear other POVs & alter the way I approach the game.

Name: JB
Skype: (pm me as it's my name )
Age: 26
Limits: 25-100NL mix
Winrate: touch over 1 ptbb/100 over 150k+
Hands/month: over 30k generally
Reasons: don't have any poker contacts beyond the forums and definitely think that i could make major improvements to mine and other peoples games through active discussion, i think the benefits and takeaways from passive learning through videos etc. has its limits. very interested, pls pm.

re: uNL Collection of Study Groups

Name - Eric

Skype - Eric_Lee_Biggs

15,000+ Hands Per Month *Barring acts of god*

I'm a breakeven 5NL player but had to move down once I hit a downswing to try and protect my bankroll.

Reasons - I've basically made up my mind to be good at this game now that I don't have any other distractions and as a barely winning/breakeven player I know I have a lot to learn from others. I hope that as time goes on my dedication to learning will help others as well.

I'm available 24/7 as I work from home (Build custom computers + phase change cooling) and I have enough free time to be active in any group that wants another friendly face.

re: uNL Collection of Study Groups

I have a question, when it comes to online i'm a LOSING player, I can't beat 10NL 6max. Can I join one of these? I guess a losing player might poisoning the well with fish scales or something.

If you join our group there are a few requirements:
  • Fill out our Google documents with basic information about you
  • Have a microphone
  • Take part in hand discussions
  • Take part in poker discussions
  • Take part in sweat sessions
  • Take part in recorded or review sessions
  • To not whine about bad beats / suckouts / downswings
  • To not make off topic conversations in our group
  • To respect other members and understand that some are not as experienced than you

In this group we prune members who are not active and we also remove any members who are abusive and do not try to help other members.

Limits Played:5nl
Winrate:6.21 BB/100 over 6087 hands (just started 1 week ago)
Hands Played Per Month: 10k+
Why you want to join our group: I am looking to improve myself and plug some leaks. Also looking to join a group of like minded people who study the game and can have conversations with. I just came back from a 3 year hiatus from playing and have started a poker journal at http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/17...ourney-946969/ I had a coach previously. I used to share and review vids on Card runners several years ago playing 50nl. hope to get to that level again. Thanks

Limits Played: 5NL and long time ago $10 HU.
Winrate: Losing player..
Hands Played Per Month: 5-10k
Why you want to join our group: I started playing poker 2-3 years ago. I've been a very swingy player since then, going on a heater in small stakes HU and winning a few $100 in some days with a $20 initial roll. Since then it's been downhill in both HU and the games I'm currently playing, 5 NL 6max where I'm almost busto the xth time. I really wanna improve, I've read a lot of material and have been lurking here for ages.
