Villian is 71/0. What line do you take here? Call and try to get more value on the river or raise the turn?

Also, how do you put villian on a solid range here? I'd imagine he is calling the flop with a weak pair or overcard. K8, KQ, T9, J9, QJ are hands I would imagine he is calling with. But guys like this seem to be playing anything.
