He bet the flop and you raised, then he reraised.

Yeah your flop raise is bad.

Given that you folded to his shove I assume your were raising TPGK as a bluff? Unlikely he would ever fold a better hand so it's not a good bluff and sometimes he will jam draws and make your fold when you have a lot of equity.

When you bet or raise you should always have in the back your mind the reason for the bet or raise. Either it's: Because you think he will continue with enough worse hands to make the bet or raise profitable in the long run(value); or because you think he will fold enough better hands to make the bet or raise profitable(Bluff). There's also some middle ground where you should bet to capitalize on dead money, prime example for this is certain continuation bets you may make where it's unclear if you're betting for value or as a bluff, but other than that you should always know which one of the two main reasons you're betting/raising.
