Tough Spot 4-way Limped Pot W/ 2pair

Fish, who's extremely loose, limps utg. I have 4 3s in co.

1-Should I be iso-r anytime I enter limped pot, or is it fine to limp behind w/ suited connector?

POF
2-Flop standard. On the turn, given his stack size, I considered raising but elected to call since three more players were behind. Standard?

3-I hated to see him pot the river as well. Pretty clear indicator of strength. But I'm at top of my range and I have no idea if he would do this w/ TPGK. I could see most players doing this w/ K Q and Qc. Easy fold? Standard call? What do u guys think?

IMO, it depends on the limper's fold to flop cbet stat. If it's low, then limp behind, particularly with low suited connectors, if it's high-ish, then isolate and hope to pick up the pot either preflop or on the flop (or hit your hand of course).
