Edit: woops missed the board pairing. I guess you can still bet river smallish though.

Given the action up to the river It's very unlikely villain has a full house. There are A3ss,A4ss and A5ss(unless he opens every suited ace from UTG) that you are beat by and 76ss,78ss and 89ss + some TQs and KQs that you beat and could call river. So I think it's best to bet around 35 BBs.

Probably bad, but I reasoned that from his UTG open range there wouldnt be many worse combos thats gonna play for 100bb. So I tried a hero check, if thats even a term lol.
Looking back Im not too unhappy about the river. But turn bet should be higher for sure.

Villain's getting 3-1 on the flop call to the raise, I think you can raise bigger on the flop and he'd still call getting 2-1ish and you're getting muchos outs, and can then bet the turn bigger too.

So raise flop higher, bet turn bigger. River you can check through then if cautious and you still win a bigger pot.

I go slightly bigger on flop and turn. AP, check river is fine. Not enough room to bet-fold, so it's a shove or check, and I don't think you are ahead >50% of the time if he calls a river shove.
