Villain is 15/20: foldto3betoop 50(1/2) foldto3betip 55(6/11)
So I know that the preflop call was bad (this was a while ago so i cant remember why I called, mustve had a reason)
Should I have check jammed riv or just flatted?
3bet hand 1. Why wouldn't you do it? Very small 3bet sample size so means almost nothing. And since he opened UTG, he should have a tight pfr range that should call or even 4bet over most 3bets. As played, betting the river. Get value from AQ/AJ/KQ/JTcc. Plus if he has a hand that beats ours, he's betting it himself. Shoving would be sexy, but ~$9 might be better.
Hand 2: 3bet or fold pre.
As played, GII OTT. Players don't raise when 3 to a flush comes without a flush or a boat. So he either has to have 44, 88, or 43 to have us beat. More likely, he has KdKx or KQdd or a hand like that. Also note that there is a good chance his boats don't raise OTT. Why would they? Let you catch up and continue bluffing.
H1 I think is well played. River I would shove when checked to though. Plenty of missed draws we can have.
H2 I'm fine with pre when we have a suited ace and are getting a discount. Still quite margnal. Don't quite get the turn donk. River I just call.
33 44 88 is 7 combos. We block a lot of possible flush combos. And if he is raising turn and betting river for value I would assume he has at least a flush. A3 seems unlikely though possible. But lets's assume he is not calling without a flush. Hard to come up with 8 flush combos. KQ KJ KT QJ QT JT T9 65s is 8 combos and at least KTs QTs and 65s are not auto opens from MP for a 20/15. And he might even find a fold with some flushes (at least he should). So Shoving for value is too thin.
