Villain is is a tight nit, VPIP 15, PFR 10, 3Bet 0, AG 8 over 79 hands.

I admit... I am personally very proud of that fold on the River. I had to fight every fiber of my body NOT to call that shove with that Overpair - and turn it into a bluffchaser. Since Villain is a nit with 0 3bet, I put SB into a tight range to call from SB: AA-22, high suited connectors (QJ to 76), Broadwalks, suited Aces.

I tried my best to delimit his range on the River, however. This is a big issue that I have, having only a few seconds to make a decision under the gun: It is hard for me to put Villain into a clear range before time is up.

By the River, before the shove, here is the range I had him on:

AA-QQ, TT, 77, 66, 44, AQx, QTx, 98x, and clubs suited Aces.

Describe villain as "Nit" and then give a range where 76o, 98o, and other ridiculous **** is included. You should go into a hand matrix tool and see what 15% is. Then add in that he's in the small blind if you have reason to believe he's aware of what position is.

    Don't fold river.

Even nits aren't flatting AA from SB with 2 players already in pot. With stats you give on villain and the fact he donk/called flop then donked turn I think he's on exclusively 66/77 and maybe AQ if you're lucky.

Looks fine to me, aside from the range assessment.

I would be pretty wary of a nitty reg's lead otf, but they're literally never shoving with a worse hand otr. I guess micro stakes nits might tend to over-value top pair hands, but the really alarming thing is that villain led into you ott when you raised the flop.

Another thing that confused me was that he had a Postflop Aggression Factor of 8.0, despite his low VPIP and PFR. Yes, it is only over 79 hands, but still.

I was trying to figure out with he could be shoving with that I could beat (except AQ). A busted flush draw for bluff, maybe?

Nittier VPIP/PFR stats often actually lead to higher postflop AF I believe because they're playing with a stronger range
