I fold here readless. This guy is in for less than 50BB and posted a blind UTG. He is almost surely a giant fish. When a giant fish raises you (especially on a later street) you should fold most of the time. Your straight is not especially strong here. The board is paired and diamonds came in. He's going to show up here with diamonds very often, occasionally a boat, and rarely just a K/pair+draw (KJ etc). It's a good fold.
