Hi guys I seem to be losing a lot of bb from the bb (75 atm :O) whats a good -bb/100 from the BB to aim for/is acceptable?

-50bb/100 or better is fine.

Some way you can accept anything better than -100 and slowly work on improvement.
Which mostly includes setting correct wide call ranges pre, working with the range to find correct def postflop.
