I have very few hands on this guy but he was at 70/10 over 11 hands. He flats with a huge range in this position.
I value bet and know he can be calling with a huge range. I thought the 2 on the board was a reasonably good card as nothing really changes apart from the new flush draw opportunity so I cbet again for value. I'm not sure if I should have shut down on this turn but I thought there was still value to be had as I felt he'd be calling with a 7 and drawy to a lot as well.

When the 7 on the river hits I checked because both hands which hit on the flop both beat me now. Those that were drawing missed. Then he bets $1.50 into $4.50 so I felt he could be doing this with a missed draw and it's kind of a weak bet or a small value bet.

Is this an easy fold or do you call here? Limited stats on him unfortunately.

Think you played it well, I'd call river just because you don't need to be right very often and like you said he can have a heap of junk. Then start to develop a read on how he plays these spots, some loose passive won't even bet with their air here, so if you get a read that he's one of those then it becomes a fold. Take a note on what he has and what bet sizing he used and adjust accordingly.
