I would not re-raise all in on the flop. I would call his raise with the intention of check calling the turn. His 63BB stack may give you some clue to his play. I imagine his limp call range pre flop is something along the lines of 22+, A2+, KT+, QT+, JT+, T9s-54s. I could see him taking this line on the flop with 22+, A2+, and 76s-54s. Against that range, you have 62% equity, so you don't want to fold. If you shove, I think villain will only call with A3, A5, 22+, 76s-54s, A
