feel like he"s not doing this with jj and with ak its at best a flip, lately i'm loosing lots of those ...what do you think?

I would call his 3bet, you have position and you can play postflop

sure it is better to flat his 3bet considering stacksizes
if you were 100bb deep you would have 1 to 1/7 pot odds after he 4bets
which means 37% equity you would need.
vs AK+ KK+ QQ has 39%
Add here some bkuffs, JJ and it is an easy stack off.

why you 4bet ip with no reads? 4b fold is burning money, once you 4bet it you have to stack off

This is horrible, your 4betting to fold, so effectively your turning QQ into a bluff. Why?

It would be a lot better to flat his 3bet and go from there, you have position and can float alot of flops.

dont turn QQ into a bluff by 4b/folding because a 4betbluff being profitable means that his 3betting range is wide -> you can make more by calling

esp. 170bb or something effective I think you might overrep if you 4b

if you 4 bet - do it as a shove. If you think that the Villian's range is KK+ and you both are deep stacked call to catch a set.

Do you mean 4bet shove? because if you do thats really bad.
These spots deep are perfect to 4bet bluff because we put villain in so many bad spots so please don't 4bet shove your value hands.
Fwiw I would flat the 3bet.
