stackoff pre is fine,

sb has a pretty damn wide range, bb is likely to squeeze wide, most likely for value with hands like AQ AJ TT etc that might fold to a 4bet.

once you 4bet and he shoves you have to call because your equity is good enough against QQ and AK, specially with SB dead money in. I would 4bet to $5.5 tho.
