why do you have so many CO positions?

I would say that you are calling too much against raises
and it is even worse if you do it from the blinds

Also cbet numbers are on the low side you can get away with cbetting more boards

Looks like you have static 3bet/get it in range from all positions and against all type of players
This is wrong you should reevaluate your range

you have falling nonshowdown graph, this is most likely because you are calling raises a lot and fold flops, or even worse, call flops and fold turns or rivers.

you should steal more blinds but be coutiuos not to go too far with it
remember that your goal is to take down a small pot either preflop or on the flop with a cbet

25 NL Loosing Player!

I know part of reasons i am loosing are:

1) Prone to tilt.
2) Double barreling and triple barreling alot more frequent.
3) Not much knowledge of bet sizing when it comes to value betting.
4) Stealing from SB.
5) Stealing alot more.
6) Calling Resteals IP from button more frequently.

I also know i have made a decent amount of improvement in past few months and that can be seen in the graph but again, loosing slow or fast is still loosing

Weird, your stats look pretty good to me. I wouldn't think you were a losing player, if I were playing against you.

Maybe stop tilting and stop bluffing the calling stations. The money at the micros comes from valuebetting the stations and bluffing the nits. These 2 groups form like 95% of the player pool. Learn to identify the opponents and play accordingly.

And don't call 3-bets without good reads. 4-bet or fold.

I am not sure wether this right thing to do or not but looks like you are continue vs postflop raises often. I think it makes sense to check out these situations, when you are raised on the flop, turn or river to see how are you dong there.

Other than that I think you should continue doing what you are doing

Mine is...

UTG1: 26.3%
CO: 34.8%
BTN: 35%
SB: 43%
BB: 51.3%

Just trying to get a feel for how light 20nl players are calling my 3bets (feels like I've been seeing a lot of small pairs and other suited trash).
nl 10 22k
UTG1: 0 %
mp : 42.9%
CO: 31.3%
BTN: 36.5 %
SB: 53.7 %
BB: 56.8 %

Didn't expect that my 3bets dont work most of the time
does it mean that when I 3bet as a bluff it is going to be a losing play preflop?

Over the last 30k hands I have tried to plug my loses on these two positions, my win-rate from the SB is -30bb/100 and the BB is -22/100.

Any thoughts? Will these WR be sustainable?

I don't think you can filter like that with PT3, which is what I have. However, I tried filtering situations where I 3-bet other than for value (ie something else than 88+, AQ, AK). It's kinda better to filter that way anyway, as it takes into account what happens postflop.

My statistics show that 3-betting when you want a fold is a breakeven play. The Boss network is full of nitty regs though, 3-bet bluffing might not be as good on other networks.

Breakeven is a pretty good result imo, particularly since it means that when you do it for value you make more money because of it.

What is a good fold to river bet %? I'm at 68% right now, which I'm pretty sure is way to high, but Idk where it should be at.

Thanks.

I 3bet fish a lot for value to isolate them, so I suspect my success % is probably a little lower than normal and would be a lot higher playing against a reg infested table.

Grrr, it's been over 30 minutes, so I can't edit my first post. Anyways, My fold to flop cbet is 51%, and my fold to turn cbet is 37%, so I'd guess that a good fold to river cbet is like 33%?
