Back to zero after 24k hands Any thoughts on what are most important areas for me to work on? Any help will be appreciated!

Looks like you can open up more from MP in particular. Probably 15-17%, be more aggressive post flop (play your range not your hand) and 3b more specifically BB vs late position opens when the V either has a high Ft3b or ftcbet stat otf.

I am new to poker and have started few months ago with 2 NL at Pokerstars, i am putting in the work and 6 tabling regular 6 max tables and it seems like i am stuck with a terrible win rate and not improving by much. Any advice on ways to improve, other than watching videos, would be appreciated.

Play less tables like the other guy said, open more in pretty much all spots, 15vp is too nitty imo, also 3bet a lot more 1.6? Are you only 3betting AA and KK? 3bet Btn vs Co more and Vs weak regs/fish. Also postflop Agg could be higher.

I don't think I've posted any NLHE stats since Black Friday. I mostly stopped playing for years and then focused on PLO but get so tilted at how long people take to act on Bonition so I switched back to NLHE despite feeling I can earn more at PLO. Truth. I actually have little idea what "decent stats" are for 6-max. I'm not sure how mine deviate from regular 2p2 6m stats. I just figured they were probably nitty stats and my c-bet style is a lot different from most and wanted to show being a nit can win big. Now 20k hands is nothing in the grand scheme of things but I have a bit of confidence I'm a winner from my pre-BF results and this style is a good winning strat. Also, after looking at my stats, my UTG raise is actually 13.5%

Stop folding to 3-bets so often. You're for sure giving up profitable spots there.

C-bet turn more. Make sure you're c-betting the right hands and barrel on good cards.

You need to see more showdowns.

Raise more from cutoff, button, and sb. I just posted my stats above yours and my c/o, button, and sb ranges are all at least 5% wider than yours despite my overall raise being 2% less. Steal a lot more.

Your fold to c-bet is insanely high. I don't have a clue what mine is atm but it should hover around 50% and preferably less.

Your losing too much in both blinds. Probably because you're not defending enough combined with folding too much when you do defend. Perhaps 3-betting and/or calling a bad range.

Basically, you're a nit. Raise more pre, stop folding so much post.

Fold to 3bet includes hands where I haven't put money into the pot yet, i.e. UTG raises, MP 3bets, I'm CO. If I filter for hands where I've voluntarily put money into the pot, the stat drops to 59%. Is that still too high?

didn't know that. 59% seems good. I think over 66% is too high. Under 50% is probably too low.

I checked my fold to c-bet and it's 43%. Though I'd imagine that's lower than most. Try to find spots where you have a lot of turn cards that can improve you to draws. Don't undervalue Ace-high.

I don't think this is true on PT4, at least not for my HUD display. Ft3b in my HUD only counts where the player opens then folds to a 3b. I just presumed it was the same for my own stats.

Well, when I apply the vpip filter it changes. Maybe it's different for the HUD???

Yeah the one I had was F3B After raise, which only deals with when they open. I added a second one that is any 3bet that they face. I use the two together.

Open more hands from btn and sb. Probably 3b more from the blinds and in general. Don't fold as much vs 3b. Just some things that jumped into my eye. Not an cashgame expert yet.
