Fold to 3bet is a little too high, standard is 60-67%, If the stat is higher villain will get money each time he 3bets you (not taking postflop into account).
Fold to Cbet on the flop is too high as well. A norm would be somewhere around 50%. You can be exploited here too.
I would suggest checking fold to cbet IP and OOP may be you will find some regularity there.
Also, try calculating EV of these spots (it's easy, just google it), it may give you a better understanding of poker math.
Everything else seems fine, good job!

Update: your WTSD stat is a little low, seems like you fold postflop too much

Hi guys I'm new to this forum so a short introduction.

My name is Frank, 29 years old living in the Netherlands. I've been playing poker for years and recently started streaming for fun. I always used to be a member of a dutch forum but they recently stopped. I hope i can be an active member here dispite the language

Now I've started a challenge to win 1k playing microstakes poker. The problem is that I'm not winning at the moment (10NL Zoom) so the idea is to stream the proces of turning into a winning player at this stake.

I'm going to post some stats and hands and read read read!

Here some stats maybe u guys can help me

I've been playing 5nl and a bit of 25nl zone to grind out ignition's bonus for fun and I was wondering how my stats are.

I'm playing a very exploitable style (if not anonymous). I played 25nl zone for a while and crushed it over 10k-15k hands back in the day (15+bb/100) so I'm fairly certain I'm a big winner in these games, but I want to know what I can do to improve for if/when I move up to 100nl zone.

Alright so 43k played so far, unfortunately 10k at NL5 ended in a 20BI downswing. Here are my stats from NL2 and NL4, as well as all stakes combined.

I'm not too disenchanted with these results but I'm sure I can play much better. If anyone's interested take a quick look maybe there's something I can focus on.

Alright, the background:

- I've played NL Holdem online since 2005, but only tourneys until this year.
- Have lacked a lot of patience with long-term thinking, have started and quit and started again in online cash (and previously tournies as well).
- Now I try to develop my game slowly.
- Have only +1k hands but hopefully it already shows some tendencies.
- Stats are mostly NL25 6max.

Any feedback is highly appreciated!

I tried to edit in a bigger image that doesnt require download. Took me over 30 minutes so cant edit that post anymore... That image that came in is way too small.

Here is the bigger one though:

I understand your point of view and you are absoutely correct, but I do think that 2600 hands is quite enough to see the big mistakes that a person is doing, if there are such mistakes.

For me one could probably see that I play too many hands, Im not aggressive enough, maybe I Cbet too much, fold to Cbet too much etc.

I would REALLY appreciate if someone could tell me a bit about my stats. Im not talking about the results (well, maybe explain why my red line is so high and blue so low) but the HUD stats.

Thanks!

You might cc too much when u should 3b but thats absolutely a wild guess 2.6k is the same as no sample

from the lifetime stats it looks like you 3bet way to low. it doesn't make sense that you forbet around 8% and 3bet like 5.5%. check it.
moreover, you need to defend more from the BB! you fold from there a lot!
build some defend range to BB vs BTN and BB vs SB steal.
oh, and steal more!! on micros they fold A LOT to steal. use that!

I just wrote something that did not make sense.
I am confused how someone can 4-bet more than they 3-bet. But I figured it out.

I've played about 21k hands at 2NL. Up to this point I haven't felt that my sample was large enough for any graph to be reliable. I think 20k seems reasonable for at least some kind of idea about what's going on. I haven't used this software since 2006 or so, so I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Why is my red line so negative, and what could that potentially say about how I'm playing?

Should I consider the adjusted equity at all at this point, given the sample? If so, what does it say? Is the blue line on point or should there be less or more variation from the red line.

I would say keep doing whatever it is you are doing. Play another 100k hands or so and move up to 5NL. Who cares about your red line at 2NL when the green one is the one that matters.

+1

Red line at this level obviously is not that positive because several reasons, one is that players are not that good at folding (as you can tell) so your winnings at showdown go up once they just keep calling your value-bets, so probably this red line is telling you: m8 keep doing this valuetown, they all are not stoping calling off with worse so, play another 100k, take some shots at 5nl when you feel like and well get obsessed with improvement

I would say he can move up once he's rolled for whatever BRM he is using.
He is beating it for over 13bb/100, no need to stick around at 2NL just to "build up a sample" that's a waste of time, 5NL is not that much different from 2NL.

If his winrate was lower (say 6bb/100 or lower) I could get behind playing more hands to see "true winrate", but he is obviously crushing it even though he might be on a heater.

I will take a look at your stats and we also have some study groups for micro stakes players trying to improve/chat about poker stuff.

Cheers!

My avg allin equity is terrible. Am I probably just calling down with too many hands?

P.s. I'm a complete donk when it comes to having the proper format so one can view it without clicking on the link.

You can replace the "Call PF 3Bet" with "2Bet PF & Fold", it gives you a better view of how often you're defending your opens.

"CC 2Bet PF" can also be replaced with just "Call PF 2Bet" so you get your blinds statistics.
