Hy !
Can somebody helping me improving my game ? I played on stars for a while and i wanna know if my stats are so bad because is played bad or is this a regular downswing ?
Playing NL10 6 max
Game plan:
generally i tried to play in pos.
Standard 3 time raise with AQ+
middel and low pocket pairs i fold often in early position when i play them is play them on the button or in pos. (with a 3 time raise).
Ax i try to avoid execpt they are suited and in pos.
and suited connectors only on the button without a raise, i limp/call mostly in this situation.
I see in my tracker that i have lost so much money in the blinds ! Should i protect my blinds better ? If the answer is yes how ?

Blinds are pretty much auto lose to everybody.
But you need to stop bluffing and fold before showdown lot more. How your red line goes down and blue line up the way you go to showdown is beyond me.

What is considered a normal/good bb/100 from the SB and BB please ?
Over my last 80k hands at NL100 I got :
SB : -29.59 bb/100
BB : -37.26 bb/100
I lose way too much in the SB, right ?
Here are my stats. If you can point me something about my game in the blind, I would be very grateful. (don't bother pointing out other leaks, I'm already working on it and pretty much know what I'm doing wrong)

you're not cbetting and barreling enough. you're very fit or fold.
you're also a tad nitty, not opening enough from position or stealing and cbetting enough
you're also folding to 3bets too much, which can be a leak if people are exploiting it

yeah, samplesize issue. you could cbet ~5% more but otherwise it looks fine. your 3bet is a tad high for the stakes you're playing (I'm assuming 25nl).

Hi, i'm playing 25nl 6max at Carbon and have been somewhat a small winner at it (Not sure whether i'm doing good at it or have good table selection since the games at carbon are a bit fishy). It's been 37k hands and I feel my game is a bit off by looking at other people's stats. Running at 20/9 has been working for me but i'm still looking for some improvements....

Well, I've got a little more than 20k hands in at 2NL, and I'm slowly bleeding away... 
My guess is that I'm overvaluing TPTK/Overpair hands and making some bad calls in situations where I'm obviously beat. Also, I think I may be leaving some $$ on the table by shutting down when my cbet gets called as I have a hard time knowing when to double barrel the turn.
If anyone would care to confirm/deny these two leaks (as well as any others) as they pertain to my stats, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Do you really think CBing (and double barreling) more often is really a good idea ? I mean my CB and DB success is super low, I can't imagine how low it's going to be if I start to CB like 70%.

first time i'm posting itt so let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see. unfortunately I haven't been able to play much this yr so this is all my recent hands, and I'm sure my game has evolved some, but still hope I can get some ideas of what to fix thru this. thanks

but yeah, you're going to need to start cbetting and barreling more. that really gross redline is because you're just c/fing or c/c and c/f laters streets.
i'm assuming thats 50nl
