I agree with this, we have seen equity against QQ and we can get some KK to fold. It should be more profitable than calling. I also think you should fold to his cold 4bet. AJs is a bit too weak to call OOP.

Don't hate peel pre with dead money in the pot.
Post is w/e as long as you don't fold. Turn is a call because you simply have too much equity against anything.

I'd be surprised if villain is cold 4betting over a 3bet with UTG opening with worse than {TT+,AK}. With the rake, even if villain had {TT+,AQ} it wouldn't be a call. It's possible that villain could be getting out of line here, but that's honestly pretty rare at 2nl. I don't really see villain 4betting worse broadways either.
