Any reads on opponent? I dont think this is a good spot to bluff. We are not really repping anything the way hand has played out and if we think he has a hand its probably not a good idea to try and move him off it unless we know this player can fold a hand.

Im probably 4 betting this pre bvb especially oop.

I think you can represent some value hands but not these. You should prob be checking hands < 2P on this runout as it is tough to get value from worse.

You can represent some str8s, sets and 2P hands so I actually don't mind a riverbet on this runout. V should be folding a decent chunk of his range to which we are losing.

Sizing is good too.

Im 4 betting this pre, as it has quite a difficult playability postflop and a lot of the time you won't be able to realize your Equity. AKs on the other hand is much better for just calling there, if you want to keep his weak range.

Flop Call is fine.

River bet depends on Villain type, but usually this isn't the best Situation for betting. A fish will probably call you with almost any Tx/9x maybe even 7x Hand. Against a reg you can make a case for betting, because they would be able to fold those hands more often. I prefer 25-30 BB though, as it makes it harder to Hero-Call, but still looks like a value bet.

Reg should snap call his 1 pair+ because what 8x do we have, do we call a 3bet with A8,K8,Q8, J8? 8T,89 check down?
Best we are repping is AQ?

An aggressive Reg should bet almost all of his value hands and strong draws OTT plus some pure Bluffs (because Q should hit his range).

So imo his check indicates some weak SdV like Tx/A7/A6. Rarely a draw or QJ.

Against those hands a big river bet seems reasonable, because we can rep AQ/KQ/AT/JJ/88/99.
With that in mind he should fold his weak pairs a lot of the time + he has limited Bluffpotential from missed FDs.

If V is more the passive type Reg, he is more likely to hold a Q, or KJ which he checks behind on the Turn. If V is fishy he won't fold a lot to a river bet. So against these two types of players I wouldn't bet OTR.

While I like the idea of bluffing in such spots, let's think about what pairs we can get to fold with a 1/2 pot river bet. QQ, JJ, TT, 99, 88, 77, 66 are all strong hands that won't fold to the bet. That leaves us with 55, 44, 33, 22. Not sure how likely it is that he's 3betting those pre.

4bet/gii against an 80BB stack sounds easier to execute overall.

OTR, any pair that has SDV will call a bet. This isn't a board or runout I really want to be bluffing my best A high.
