Re: NL50 AJo in SB

I don't like playing AJo OOP with the BB potentially squeezing behind us so I'm 3b or folding this here. If I had position it'd be a clear flat, but yeah.

I don't like your flop raise as it just gets rid of everything you're beating.

Presuming you don't raise the flop (as suggested), I also just prefer to c/c OTT as it allows him to continue firing with semi-bluffs and worse suited aces.

I'd call river after taking the line I suggest.

As played, I think it's a fold. After this action, I don't think he's expecting you to fold on the river so it looks like a better ace or 2pair. I really don't see him betting worse Ax here, and I don't think he's bluffing.

3bet pre!

as played, i don't like the x/r also. i'd just get into a x/c mode.

I agree.
Reason for 3Betting pre is because he continues with worse. He is aggro post flop too so let him barrel all his bluffs, semi bluffs and worse Ax.

As played your hand looks like a busted draw. I would lean towards a call. I dislike your flop play in a major way. XC is the best line and protects your XC float/draws allowing you to VB river when turn gets checked thru. Which also balances the times you are bluffing the river with floats/draws.
