Just call the 3 bet and x/c the flop. The only hands you're likely to get it in with are either dominating you or flipping. If an ace or king does come stacks are such that you can get it in easily enough anyway, even out of position. When he cold calls your 4 bet you're left in this horrible position with a small spr and not really knowing what to do when you miss. As played c/f is probably best.

your 4bet preflop is too big, $1 is enough, checking flop is fine.

4bet size is ok given the fact you are oop.

I think its ok to x/f with your reads and preflop dynamics.

you would min x/r F and jam turn hearts, a K and x/c an A
but what if we dont hit something we have to x/f, also we have to fold to a F 3b jam

do you really think this line is good?

It's not a great flop, but your value range is a set of queens and two overpairs, and maybe KQo or AQo if you bluff with it. You also have a few heart draws. What are your bluffing with? AhKd seem like a good candidate as it has two overs, a backdoor nut flush draw and a backdoor straight draw. It also blocks combos of AQ and KQ, and slow-played KK and AA.

Note: I think flatting KK as the BTN is better than shoving unless the 4-bettor stacks off light.

His button 3-bet is 7%, which means it's closer to 10% against CO. He folds to a 4-bet 29% of the time. This means his range about 7 times larger than just JJ and QQ.
