NL4: Maximizing value with flopped set.

Hey guys,
Played this hand earlier today. Villain was 12/10 over 89 hands. I was hoping he had JJ+ but as it played out I'm thinking he had AQ/AK. How do you guys think I could've played it to get more value? I probably should have bet out on the turn instead of the river but what do you guys think?
Thanks,
Eric

I'd bet smaller on the river, not sure this nit is calling with 99 when the flush gets there. Other than that, it looks fine.

    c/r the flop.

Nits are nits pre-flop, but that increases the chances of them having big holdings (like high overpairs) that they will then have a lot of trouble folding.

Don't give them the chance to get scared by cards that might come. Especially oop when they can check back.
