Hi guys, I've been lurking the forum for a little while trying to learn and improve my game and I figure it's time to post a hand that came up when I was playing today to hopefully get some advice.
I feel I played this pretty bad, but I'll give my logic after the hand to say why I played it the way I did.
Preflop: Hero is MP1 with T J
Hero raises to $0.12, MP2 calls $0.12, MP3 calls $0.12, 2 folds, SB calls $0.10, BB calls $0.08
Flop: ($0.60) A 6 4 (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.25, MP2 folds, MP3 raises to $0.50, SB folds, BB raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.69 and is all-in, MP3 calls $2.19, BB raises to $3.80 and is all-in, MP3 calls $1.01
Spoiler:
Turn: ($10.69) 5 (3 players, 2 are all-in) River: ($10.69) 3 (3 players, 2 are all-in)
Results: $10.69 pot ($1.06 rake)
Final Board: A 6 4 5 3
MP3 showed J A and lost (-$3.82 net)
SB mucked and lost (-$0.12 net)
BB showed 4 4 and won $2.02 (-$1.80 net)
Hero showed T J and won $7.61 ($4.80 net)
MP2 mucked and lost (-$0.12 net)
Raised UTG with JTss because the vast majority of the hands on this table were going multiway regardless of raise size unless it was AI preflop and it's the kind of hand that I think holds up well multiway.
I c-bet small OTF because I figure I'm never getting much to fold and I would like to keep the straight draws and small flush draws in the villains' ranges (such as 6sXs).
I jam over the two min. raises because I figure I have some equity even against the strongest part of the opponent's ranges and, frankly, because I panicked.
Any advice for spots like this in the future?

Reason: Better hand history.
