Its a easy fold, you have so little invested in the pot and could be drawing dead just wait for a better spot to stack him.

Has he been splashy/active postflop before?
If not, I'd fold.
Our kicker isn't the best possible and if he is shoving a better made hand like QJ-AJ, we are essentially drawing dead. even if he has like Kh6x, we are flipping.
Hard to see any hands he shoves that we are clearly ahead.

I think that's kind of the point of his question. If you can see him do this with worse than J9 you don't have a kicker problem.
