fold pre, open 56s, call flop, call turn dont raise our hand is not that strong. ap its hard, i doubt vilain shoves AA/AK or worse draws 250bb deep so its probably a fold.

fold pre - if it was suited / you had a read on the blinds then sure, go ahead an open. As played, fold when 3bet.

as played, raise flop - get calls from AK, AA, KQ or other Kx as well as various FD combos villain may have.

as played, call turn - you have a good hand that can go to show down and given how deep you are, you don't want to get it in with your current holding. Draws should be folding to your turn raise so when you get re raised you're probably behind. Fold.

I also agree with raising flop - my thought process being that only KK in his range beats you and AK, KQ, AA, AhXh can likely call. Turn is a little more sketchy but I dont mind the raise as I dont think villain has lots of KT but does have AQ/AJ (hearts or diamonds) that he might barrel with and call a raise
