Looking back maybe I should value bet here? I would expect UTG to cbet this board with a strong Ace or air most times. Maybe with board so dry its ok though?

I think BB can lead here an 8 (87, 88, 98), Axs, 66, maybe 99-TT?

What are you doing folding the river??

Scared that BB has an eight, 7/9?

Please call the river if you want to check the flop to induce.

Because he knows ur range is capped.

3b pf would be mistake imo - we want BB in the pot, we dominate ranges of both of them, we have position.
Would definitely bet flop 4 value (as we would also try to pick up the pot with pps like 66, 99 and sometimes with air what makes our vbet even better) on the smaller side, +- 1usd.
