BB is 75/34 very bluffy/speewy maniac. Saw some bluff raising OTT against other players. Could we go broke here when deep hoping he is bluffing?

Call vs this guy. You see 8x sometimes but draws missed and he's almost certainly bluffing enough.

Oh well, you raised pre and pot it 3 times postflop. Not sure he raises u otr as a bluff, most likely he would semibluff otf or ott with draws or call/call/fold.
what is his wtsd? I think there is some merit in heck calling ot if his bluffing range is wider thanmhis calling range.

His wtsd is 40 in almost 100 hands.

I know that he saw that i showed huge hand strength and maybe he tried to represent the 8 when he missed his draws to bully me out of the pot.

Against maniacs do you always give up and wait for better opportunities? Because I feel that I'm getting bluffed out very often, and the times I hit a monster they won't pay up.
