NL2 3bet pot 2barreling with nfd?

Hi people!
Well my doubt is what should i have done on the turn? should i have barrelled again? In game i thought it was better check calling cause i almost had no fold equity cause his range on the flop was TT-JJ 9x 88 and 98s so i dont think he is folding any of these hands. but when he pots it on the turn i had two inclinations either jamming or folding at the moment i feel either one was going to be ok. but decided to just jam cause i had a very decent equity.
what do you think? i had no stats of villain cause its zoom poker.
