Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has T T

fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.30, BTN calls $0.30, fold, fold

Flop: ($0.75, 2 players) 2 Q 4
Hero bets $0.40, BTN calls $0.40
Dry flop, can get value from some pp's, some FD, size ok?

Turn: ($1.55, 2 players) 5
Hero checks, BTN checks
Mistake imo. Let him take free card with worse pairs with a and also I am a little lost if he bets here.

River: ($1.55, 2 players) 4
As played would you put out a value bet here? He can still call with 66-JJ and Q's so I guess it is close? Would it make any sense to bet (if it is close) so I can choose the size that goes in (like blocker bet I guess)?

c/f turn
c/f river imo, it's too thin and i doubt he calls with 66-99 a lot and he also doesn't bet worse

I'd check/call flop and bet turn if he checks back but betting also has merits

Check/folding turn is probably fine, he seems to be the type to check back 2nd pair type hands (with or without a ). He's just going to have a lot of Qx when he bets (assuming he doesn't love floating). You can't bet yourself for value, you'll be way behind when called.

Underbetting river seems good, like 50c. It's not being able to choose the size that matters most, it's putting the money by betting yourself instead of check/calling, you'll have way more equity betting and getting called than checking and calling a bet. I don't think check/calling is profitable anyway.
