[NL10] Over/Toppair ownage

Last few sessions I feel like im misplaying/spewing with a lot of my overpairs and top pairs since they keep biting me in the ass. Line checks please?

    UTG: $18.05 (180.5 bb)
    MP: $19.32 (193.2 bb)
    CO: $11.25 (112.5 bb)
    BTN: $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J J

    River: ($30.18) T (2 players)

MP is 23/18/0 over 100 hands. I really didnt want to take jacks 3 handed. Flop is standard?

      Results: $20.56 pot ($1.02 rake)
      Final Board: 8 7 6 K 2
Hero showed K K and lost (-$10.28 net)
      BB showed 9 5 and won $19.54 ($9.26 net)

Villan is 32/18/6.6/1.2 over 255 hands. I *think* this is pretty standard, though I could have gotten it in on the flop since he has a raise cbet of 20%.

        UTG: $16.43 (164.3 bb)
        Hero (MP): $18.07 (180.7 bb)
        CO: $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K A
UTG raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, SB raises to $2.60, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.60

        Flop: ($5.60) 7 K T (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.05, SB raises to $9.64 and is all-in, Hero calls $5.59

        Turn: ($24.88) 8 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
        River: ($24.88) 9 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

This one is really confusing. SB is 34/19/6.8/4.3 over 500 hands. Looking back now I think I should have folded pf to a 4bet over a UTG open and MP 3bet. However, is there any getting away on the flop?

        Thanks.

H1: so a reg that did not 3bet once in 100 hands 3bets and you cold 4bet JJ vs him. your main reason is that you don't want to play 3 way pot with JJ?

H2: shove when he 3bets you

H3: folding here at nl10 should be standard play

H1: any stats on btn? Just flat pre, mostly to set mine multiway, but also to maybe get some value vs. AK, AQ type of hands. It's marginal, though, and folding probably isn't terrible either. As played make your cbet much smaller, $2 maximum and b/f turn.

H2: 4-bet ship turn. Whatever worse hands he got this far with are not folding, and you have 20 % equity vs. the few straights in his range.

H3: I think pre is okay. 34/19 is not very good and with 6.8 % 3-bet he's inclined to 4-bet JJ, QQ, AK and AQs here. B/f flop, but again, make your bet smaller.

You should in general bet less otf in 3- and 4-bet pots than in single raised pots (as a % of the pot). My standard cbet in 3-bet pots vs. regs with 100 bb effective stacks and an "average" board is 55 % of the pot. It's big enough to get stacks in otr, and small enough to not commit yourself too early.

Edit: H2 we don't have 20 % equity ott. We only have 9 outs since 7s gives villain str8 flush, but that doesn't change my conclusion.

He didn't post any stats on the 3-bettor.
