What range do you give him? With him being a bit short and us having put so much in already do you just shove the rest in and if he has flush so be it? He has not really shown any aggression at all so far.

I'd just fold. He seems pretty nitty so it's more likely he's passive

Is 30 hands enough to make that assumption?

He seems nitty and passive given that he's only playing 10% of hands and not raising 1/3rd of those at that. Granted 30 hands is a small sample but its all we have to go on. He called your pre and on the flop bets then pops to life on the turn - seems very strong for a tight/passive player. Until we have a larger sample size, his range...preflop is a lot of paint and pocket pairs >77 (thought he could esaily play all pockets) and he probably doesn't play a hand worse than A10, QJs, KQ. Throw out 76 so you have the nut straight I'd say...but....On the turn I think his range sinks to made flushes and sets (with a set of 8s most likely). Given what we know and can go by, a bluff here doesn't seem likely. I think you muck your hand unless you want to gamble but if you do gamble, no point in calling, just shove it in (that's what she said).

Nope, but its all we have to go by and playing ~3 out of 30 hands and only raising 2 of those hands is a good starting point that he's probably tighter than most and more passive than most. It's not conclusive but its all we have.

He isn't raising worse for value. If he had 2 pr or a set and was a raising man, on that board he would have 3 bet the flop.
He can't really have a flop unless he is turning a pair into a bluff.
You have shown plenty f strenght on the flop and the turn and he still wants to get it in. You are beat. Fold.
