Pretty standard. You want to get the last bet in on a situation like this. You did. Well played.

its ok, you pretty much never have the best hand here though because you have any large draw crushed since you hold all the high draw cards, so after the c/r and you get 3b you have 0FE and are never ahead

i actually like leading these flops because against medium made hands we sometimes are slightly ahead and i dont mind getting it all in obv but we also pick up more fold equity by donk/3b.

I do not think this is true.

If we donk and get raised, villain will seldomly fold to a 3b. He'll obviously fold often to the donkbet, but only with hands he would cbet/fold anyway.

If we check/raise, we pick up his cbet, and still get it in with acceptable equity vs his strong hands + we will sometimes get flatted and win the pot unimproved on a later street.

and sometimes we get flatted if we donk bet and pick up the pot uncontested on a later street. i dont think people are calling check raises and folding the next street all that often 100bb deep, the guy is a competent player.

if given the opportunity to b/3b here we obv have more fold equity due to the size of the bet. when we c/r and get 3b there not nearly as much money left behind, hence why we do not have as much FE
