On the river I would put him on 66/88/QX (considering we have an A), but do we have enough information to know how often he's raising 4x on the river with QX in this spot? Probably not, so I think a call or bet is only good if you are willing to pay that much to get some information on him. Seeing as you are unlikely to ever see him again, I would say fold.
