Is this ok to call here? Such good pot odds and looks like fish are about.

Flop: ($1.20, 4 players) 9 3 7
SB bets $1.15
I just want to check here. I think I have around 50% equity versus most ranges I give to him. So is it standard to just gii on the flop? I am thinking I miss over half the time on the turn and my equity shrinks. He could fold sometimes too which is good (although he looks strong I know).

I'd raise / gii here. he will have sets a lot but will fold TT, JJ sometimes, so yeah. that would be the standard play. calling sucks because you probably won't get paid too often by worse if you hit your FD (only when you hit your SDs). It's an option but it's way easier to raise/gii

Think you can go both ways. both flatting and raising are fine. In general I prefer to call when it's multiway, but with a small FD raising is fine aswell.

In this spot I'd still lean towards a call as I expect a regs donkbetting range to be real valueheavy containing NFD and sets and with the coldcaller and PFR behind you, you have loads of implied odds and can still get it in when one of them raises.

I'd call. I think it's unlikely fishy looking sb folds anything.

we have to fold our equity on a lot of turns though.. 9 turns (lets say 7 if we can assume he has a set). this is ~15% we have to fold our huge equity and I don't think we get paid if we hit a club. If we get a caller behind, turns a blank we don't know what to do. I think it's awkward to continue with this hand
also we don't flat any sets there so our range is weighted towards TT-JJ, and draws

I'm not folding any turn unless he makes a ridiculous overbet. Of course we get paid if we hit a club, at least by SB.

If we get another caller, that's great, more money for us if when hit.

This hand is very easy to play, we have a bunch of equity and know fairly well where we stand. A hand like TT would be a lot harder to play.

raise this flop, good equity against most hands, a raise can drive out better hands including better flush draws like J10c,

You have virtually no fold equity against an almost pot sized donk into 3 people.

Call to GII when you hit and fold when you miss.
