I'm actually not 100% what the vpip/raise will be, probably like 19/16 or 18/15 something like that. also i didnt do BB and SB soo.. lol whoops, so far so good feeling pretty motivated 2 add more, but plz give opinions after you actually read it

Just one question .. how do you arrive at those bluff to value three betting ranges .. and are the ones you mention on the tight side (safe safe mommy safe) or is it your normal ranges ?

gelford, they are mostly fabricated most of the 3betting stuff is all based on flow and history, but the one I developed in the book is something that I know can't get people into trouble and also gets them used to being aggressive and going after opponents.
fwiw im prob like a 3-4 bet winner at 6m and 5-7 at HU
stats are prob like 21/17 but like don't worry about stats cuz i can play like 28/24 at some tables and 16/14 at others, all based on opponents
