Well both my runners destroyed the first 800m semi, hopefully they both ran eachother into the ground.

7th qualifier though so fingers crossed! Jamaica have a pretty big lock on all of the sprint events, they were an awesome country to get for most countries <10m.

I watched the semi final earlier and saw you got the 1-2, thought it was the final and then realised there were no medals

actually pretty close between el-sheik and justsomeguy, 15-13 now i think and jamaica is gonna bink the relays so basically 15-15.

There's at least one coming for norway (justsomeguy) from javelin
