Not at all. Against a fish, any A,K,Q and at times J will do. If you hit your high card and the fish has any piece of the board he is likely to call you down for a good portion of his stack. Your kicker rarely comes into play in these situations. Once a fish loses his stack he is usually gone, you want to get in as many pots with him as you can to try to get his chips before some other reg gets it.

ATC is a little optimistic in my book. I usually avoid getting involved with mid SCs and the like. They just don't play well against a fish. Give me the high cards.
Definitely bet the turn. Don't slow play against a fish, their biggest mistake is calling too much. Bet, Bet, Bet!
I am luke warm on the river raise. If the fish is passive and bets out he most likely has a big hand. Once you raise and get min raised you can count on fish having a big hand but unfortunately with 5:1 you need to call 'cause if there is any chance fish would raise with less than nut flush you are getting odds to call.
