I think if you're betting the turn you have to bet the river and I would bet big here (maybe even overbet). If he has AA or AK he won't like the runout.

Careful with that line of reasoning.

In this case it's true though I'd bet river, not sure what size, probably 2/3 pot because you can still bet some flushes that size, Your hand is well disguised if not one of the only bluffs V could put you on so we can feel more comfortable applying pressure.

Bluff this one 100%. You have nutflush blocker, so while his range often doesn't include many nut flushes, it prevents him from having that nutflush blocker and making a correct call with a hand like A
