when I 3bet I knew dude had called 4/7 3bets in the last 100 hands
but then saw some important info in my HUD AFTER hand was over:

Seems standard. Only thing I would change would be to bet larger OTF like 2/3 pot at least. The reason being is because this board hits our opponent's range fairly hard so we shouldn't expect very many folds. This means that we should be betting the flop less frequently, presumably with stronger hands so therefore you want to be betting larger.

A somewhat exploitable line I've been experimenting with in situations like this is a small bet OTT. Like 1/3 pot. He has some KJs/KQs and maybe some KQo depending on how bad he is. Other than that, though, the K doesn't really change a whole lot. If you face a c/r you can pretty comfortably fold and it prevents you from getting bluffed on the river because if villain c/c turn then leads river that makes absolutely no sense. After c/c turn all of his missed draws will probably just give up whereas if you check back turn like you did villain can bluff very profitably on rivers.
