I would check raise the flop to win the hand right there and then. Villain has to fold everything but an ace. As played we should raise the river for value. You have the 2nd best flush possible in this situation. You left there some money on the table.

You could 3bet pre but calling is fine too. I think I'm raising turn? Not sure but it's probably one of our best bluffs. AP SPR is pretty low OTR, so I think V would call a jam with enough of his worse value hands that got here (I guess overplayed sets, straights, worse flushes) to make it worth shoving.

Like check/raise here on flop as you only draw to a ten and have no problem taking the pot down right now. call/call is pretty spew when you only chase 4 outs. Heart on river actually might set up sick reverse implied odds that could have been avoided if you folded out the Kh.
