Its not...I think you make two mistakes in this hand first raise bigre PF with this 2.5BB you give BB good price to call you IP with a lot of hands.When he call flop Cbet IMO his range contains lot of pocket pairs some GDS a few random floats with over cards and decent number of 7x so Cbet on flop is ok.

Turn bet is more or less ok he maybe can call once more with some pp maybe hi hit a T with floats and some of the hands pick up beckdoor equity so its not big part of his range but you can get call by worst hand.I think there is a good argument for checking turn a lot with hand that will call you and with big number of hands that will fold to your turn bet so you can get some extra value this way.You bet he raise you.What hands you beat when he dose this?Maybe 4s5s 5s6s 57s 67.What hands beat you?33 77 79 7T 7Js 7Qs K7 A7.So you lose a ton of the time.I think you make mistake by calling here his turn raising range just destroy your hand.
