Villain : 24/18 3b 7.6

Villains flop sizing was large and followed up by a second barrel nearing 3/4 pot. Is this too weak to fold, if i call the turn and am i calling 100% of rivers?
If yes, what do we expect to beat?

It's the co. V could have 98s or air as low as 65s. Flop bet is a cb. You have to call otf. Turn is a blank. Call again. Def call anything lower than an 8 otr. I'd probably call a K or Q also. That's a large portion of the deck. If he bet big w a K otr I'd fold. Otherwise I'd call just about any river card.

Any ace? It's CO vs BTN, he can be triple barreling with any ace for value if he doesn't bet river too big. Way too nitty to fold on turn, think about it, if you fold TPGK what do you even call with?

I call turn and most rivers given he doesn't bomb it.
Also, do we ever 3b this pre for value against a CO open to give us initiative along with position?

+1. easy calldown here at least on the turn. river would be closer and depends on reads/price/what card comes

i think 3betting pre or just calling are both fine, as played def call turn and call most river

3bet pre is definitely an option, think there's some value in it vs most players. if i have a read villain is tighter from CO and/or folds too much to 3bets then flatting is better.

You block his weaker top pair combos, which means his range is mostly 22 99, A9 and 1 combo of AA. Trivial fold.

I think if we are flat calling on the BTN w/ AQ, we are doing so because we want to keep V in with hands we have dominated. This way when we both hit TP, villain doesn't suspect we have him out-kicked (since we only flat called) and will value bet more freely with TPMK type hands.

That is very possibly what is happening here.

Thanks to those who've given a reasonable response to the hand in question. Those who did not well… *shrugs*

It seems like the majority prefer a turn and river call. Is this assuming he bets missed draws otr and AJo? Also do we vb river if checked to? What's an average 3 barrel range on this board AQo and better?

Calling turn because of our absolute hand strength and calling lots of rivers, unless perhaps it completes some draws.

+1, Even vs a PSB you still have to C imo, - although i'd definitely keep a close eye on their bet sizes if they did this.

If V bet strong OTR i might consider folding. But a 60% ish mark i'd C, Id also F if the club fell.
