play more, you can't complain about 10 days if you've only played 20k hands over them.
If you'd played 50k+ or w/e then you'd have some merit in your complaints.
im not trolling, jst saying volume is the best medicine for variance.

completely disagree... the amount of hands has nothing to do with your mindset... if you are in a ****ty mindset then taking a few days off is absolutely a good thing to do... this has definitely saved me a ton of money over the years

I agree with both of you, kind of.
IF we aren't tilting (tilt is a much broader term than most would think), then just grinding through is the best cure.
IF we are tilting, then a break is obv much better.
The key is understanding whether we are tilting or not.

Where did i say volume affects your mind set? i said it affects variance.

Yeah tilt is the overall factor that should decide whether you play or not when your on a downswing but tbh after a certain amount of time, tilt shouldn't be a factor in your game, playing and not taking into account that at any point you could run like **** and lose a tonne of money is just ridiculous.
