Defending Blinds at Penny Tabs

I know that recovering money lost towards blinds is mostly done from the rest of the cycle and in position. Yet, I hate feeling forced and pushed around in the blinds, especially from B and CO. Any tips or thoughts at bottom level on fighting back?

Any links to good blind articles of any kind would be great. I know I am weak in this area as well as other. But the first step to healing, is admitting you have a problem in the first place, right?

Mooore than right, go ahead into the micro st section you can find above the hands people post, a link which says memorable threats, thats amazing, all the info you need in this case... the best way you can lead with that problem is by learning, spend hours reading those memorable threats!!!!!

My fast tip can be: they're bluffing less often that we expect, focus on looking for spots you can and/or feel confident to play, learning will give you more opportunity for you to feel confidence

In the beginning, a lot of people play a fit or fold style of poker. Problem with that strategy is that every thinking player at the table knows when you have a hand. When you don't have one, they will start pushing you around making you feel bullied.
This is one thing that makes a GTO strategy so great. You balance out all of your raising, checking, check raising, and betting hands with a little bit of good and some not so great hands and draws for each scenario. This makes it more difficult for people to bully you.
For instance...you raise from the Btn with KJs and get called by BB who keeps playing back at you and pushing you around. You don't have a super strong King here. When BB checks to me here, I will check behind. He bets turn and river, and I scoop the pot. This helps protect my checking range on future hands.

Congrats it seems u have just learned the concept of balance and ranges. This would explain why nobody sits and waits for premium hands anymore. In 2005 u could do that and win. That ship has long sailed.

Defend wide if they open wide and tight if they open tight. Consider the overlay the blinds are laying when choosing range. Refine based on data.

I like this.

Thank you all. I need to improve here but I want to do it systematically. Like the small blind open folding instead of dealing with my hassle.

"Defending BlindS " Kind of hate reading this, BB and SB are incredibly diferent positions. You can find many ranges for def both blinds and many are reasonable, just select which suits you.
Tip: look for pretty linear 3b on SB together with narrow calling range, look for polarised 3b on BB. Defend BB really wide by call.
