dunno if it's variance but for the last 40-50k hands this really hasn't been the case.

re: *** December '11 LC Thread***

^Same for me thru over 100k hands. It just doesn't happen. Vs spazzy fish yes sure. I see AA vs QQ on occasion (usually it's me with QQ), JJ is like...I can't even remember. Only vs tilted regs did I see something like that. A uNL reg with AK aipf, doesn't happen much, which obviously is a mistake since it can fold out 77-JJ pf some times

But those don't even 3b! LOL. I already call 3b too much and the few times I've hero called someone who I thought 3b wide it's like yeah KK, which they even get passive with if board gets a bit weird

Not complaining, I use red line for profit so whatever

re: *** December '11 LC Thread***

I was fearing this but thought it was a variance thing and plowed on dropping buy-ins
even with an aggro image and I have a decently high 3b, they might have light 4b ranges but the money is only going in with QQ and a rare AK here and there.

guess that makes it correct to 4b/f AK oop? calling and playing back seems spewy w/o an idea of what they 3b? I honestly don't know how to adapt.

pretty sure limp raise 5bet fold is optimal with AK vs most villains

i dont really understand what you're asking. there's lot of villains/situations where i think that calling a 3bet or folding to a 3bet with AK is fine. not really any i'm gonna 4bet/fold AK unless its some weird deepstack hand vs a very specific villain.

Why is your flop bet so small there? $3 is better, 2.50 at the least.
