Why is he a non believer? Maybe he has Tx hands like KTs, T9s in his range, and you obviously have AK.

I'd bet flop smaller. I'd probably check turn, but I actually don't think overbetting is crazy.

1/3 pot bet flop no need to bet this big imo, then id check turn.

AP call can spaz with worse/have draws and shouldn't have a tonne of tx but obv will have some t9s, jts, ats, kts, qts. so yh prob quite a few actually lol but cant fold AP I don't think

Non-believer because he only folds to cb 14% of the time, hasn't folded once to a cbet in a 3bet pot in over 15 attempts and only 25% ott in a 3b pot. Pretty sure that qualifies as a non believer Doesn't mean your range is wrong but definitely some useful information when making a decision.
