My guess is almost everything besides complete junk. Odds are incredible (SB is even bigger than usual) and BB cannot isolate too wide (and won't in basically every live cashgame).
So complete like 70% or so of hands, definitely everything suited and everything remotely playable offsuit. Of course raise the top part.
